The fact you are 20k miles over the expected mileage is a very significant factor and would mean if spec`d correctly when ordering (not blaming you as circumstances change) an additional 50p per mile would account for the extra "depreciation".

I drive a Tesla model Y dual motor it is Amazing and also Logical because the gas prices are too high in Turkey and also it doesnt loose so much value at second hand. The Car prices are way much higher than any country so ıf you change all the battery that cost is not important to us

You missed out choise hydrogen, ammonia,LPG and alcohol engines all available now in different places, evolution of the battery seems interesting away from unstable lithium based technology.To most road users spending over 40k on a car seems ridiculous.

Over the last few weeks, I overheard two conversations regarding the Porsche Taycan. The first was a Porsche dealer, advising a customer that they would not be interested in purchasing his or her Taycan, we don't buy used Taycans, the sales advisor said. The second was a Porsche specialist. No way will we buy a Taycan, I don't care if its cheap.

You need to ask them what the offer would be at the agreed mileage and how much you extra you would have paid if you had set the correct mileage on your contract. I suspect in both cases you would not be in negative equity. You also should ask how much would the px have been if it was a car without all the options. I strongly expect if you had a standard Taycan set in a contract for the actual miles you were doing and px now you would have a substantial deposit on the new car. You should ask them for that calculation as well.

THE THING IS THOUGH LEE WHY DID THEY NOT BRING THAT CAR OUT IN TGE FIRST PLACE with the better batteries because they wanted to make loads a money but selling cars they new was not as good

If the people push back and buy ICE vehicles rather than EV's the government will have to put back the end date or scrap the date altogether. IMO it's mainly company's that are buying EV's with a few private buyers. The battery technology will have to increase so that an EV gets the same range as an ICE vehicle or more for private buyers to change from ICE vehicles to EV's.
